Andi Robinson

Recognized as one of the top producing agents in the Kennebunk office of Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty, Andi Robinson combines market expertise, thoughtful guidance, and a unique background in luxury property management to deliver exceptional results for buyers and sellers across Southern Maine.

Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Andi was introduced to Kennebunkport in 1991 through her husband, Chris, whose family has summered in the area for generations. After beginning their careers in Washington, D.C., where Andi worked as a Project Manager for a multinational corporation specializing in international development projects, they chose to make Kennebunk their permanent home in 2005 to raise their three children.

Before transitioning to real estate, Andi owned and operated a luxury property management company, overseeing renovations, additions, landscaping projects, and seasonal home transitions. That hands on experience gives her a practical understanding of home ownership, renovations, property management, and the factors that influence long term value. This insight benefits both buyers and sellers throughout every stage of the transaction.

In addition to her professional work, Andi has served as President of the Kennebunkport Consolidated School PTA, a member of the Graves Library Board of Trustees, a member of the Kennebunk River Club Board of Directors, and Treasurer of the Kennebunk High School Hockey Boosters.

Andi is a member of the Maine Association of REALTORS® and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys boating with her family and their beloved Newfoundlands, Bauer and Zeus, as well as skiing, running, beach boot camp, and needlepointing.
