Andrea Pellechia

A lifelong resident of Cape Elizabeth and Pine Point Beach in Scarborough, Andrea feels fortunate to still call these special places home. After graduating from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications, she returned to Maine and built a successful 15-year career as a freelance graphic designer.

Running her own business sharpened the very skills that now set her apart in real estate: strategic negotiation, clear communication, integrity, responsiveness, and creative problem-solving. When she transitioned into real estate in 2005, it was a natural evolution - the ultimate goal was always the same: satisfied clients.

Andrea is intentional about earning and protecting the trust her clients place in her. Her long-standing relationships with lenders, inspectors, builders, title companies, attorneys, and fellow brokers help ensure each transaction moves smoothly from start to finish. Her dedication has translated into consistent success, ranking her among the top 25 sales agents in Maine, and top 1.5% of agents nationwide.

Outside of work Andrea enjoys taking full advantage of all that Maine has to offer, ideally on the water aboard the 3 Sea Sons, their family boat. Her three sons are deeply rooted in Maine’s maritime world: all are licensed commercial lobstermen out of Portland, and the older two are also marine engineers who ship out internationally in the off-season.
