Dennis Duggan

My wife and I have called Maine our full time home for the past 23 years. Prior to that, we had the good fortune to own and enjoy several vacation properties in the Mid Coast area. I am originally from the Boston area, and my extended family includes a son, a daughter, and five wonderful grandchildren.

My employment history includes 34 years of progressive responsibility with a major capital equipment manufacturer. Positions held include finance, administration, product management and sales management. The territory encompassed the Eastern US, Caribbean and Mexico. I earned a BA in economics from Merrimack College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Since 2002 I have been a full time real estate broker and during this time I have been a major contributor to waterfront sales in the Mid Coast market. I possess a true passion for real estate, particularly water related properties. I consider what I do not only a vocation, but, more importantly, an avocation. I consider myself professional, knowledgeable and possess high integrity and strong communications skills. Personal and professional references are always available.

I hold a Maine Brokers License, am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and currently volunteer with Cundy's Harbor Fire and Rescue. In the past, I have held volunteer positions with Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as the State of Maine judicial system as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA: guardian ad litem) for child abuse cases.
