Kali Pratt

Kali Pratt is a second-generation REALTOR® focused on the Maine market. She values the power of human connection and the opportunity to help homeowners achieve their goals, and she prides herself on attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong communication. Kali strives to make the experience of buying or selling a property smooth, informative, and enjoyable.

Growing up, Kali spent every summer in Maine in the coastal community of Prouts Neck in Scarborough. Those memorable summers—filled with time at the beach, sailing, and playing golf and tennis—cemented her love for the state. She later relocated from the Philadelphia suburbs to Portland’s West End, where she attended Waynflete School. After leaving Maine for college in Boston and work for a couple of years, Kali returned and has lived in Cumberland for more than 30 years, where she raised her two children.

Kali began her career in graphic design and marketing before starting her own business painting children’s furniture. Her experience across creative industries, combined with a passion for interior design and photography, has given her a strong and professional eye for staging and presenting homes. With a background rooted in customer service, she understands the importance of consistent, timely communication and a strong work ethic. Her long-standing interest in real estate made guiding clients through the buying and selling process a natural next step. Outside of work, Kali enjoys embracing the Maine lifestyle—whether playing tennis, squash, or pickleball, or spending time skiing, hiking, and sailing. She is also always up for new adventures with her dog, Joey.
