Linda Painter

Linda is a seasoned real estate broker with over 3 decades of expertise. One of the most diligent and accessible brokers in Mid-Coast Maine, her dedication to excellence is evident in her track record of successfully closing numerous complex transactions.

A native of Fairfield County, CT, Linda began her real estate career on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, where she sold luxury ocean front homes and condominiums as well as many first homes and retirement homes to soldiers and their families. These sales were especially gratifying as her husband served as an officer in the United States Army and she was very familiar with the challenges of moving a military family.

Linda brought her real estate background to Maine in 1996 where her notable sales of unique properties include a historic fishing retreat in the Belgrade Lakes Region, The Pemaquid Hotel in Bristol in 2012 and again in 2023, The East Wind Inn in Tenants Harbor, Thrumcap Island, Romar Bowling Lanes and Rowe's Wharf in Boothbay Harbor.

Linda has served as the President of the Board of the Midcoast Children's Theater, and is an active member of the Soldiers's Angel Network. She enjoys the theater, music, traveling and living and working on the beautiful Pemaquid Peninsula
