Lois Lengyel

Originally from Ohio and a graduate of Miami University and Case Western Reserve Weatherhead School of Management, Lois first came to Maine as a college student working a summer job at a lobster pound. Twenty years later, she moved to Maine with her husband and 2 golden retrievers as they all loved the outdoors lifestyle with easy access to the ocean, hiking trails, beaches and blueberry picking.

Lois’ professional career transitioned from being a successful consultant for a big-5 firm, Oracle, to passionate involvement with Maine real estate for over 14 years. She is especially knowledgeable about residential properties, energy-efficient net-zero design, and renovations. Lois has developed an extensive network of relationships with lenders, architects, interior designers, and other brokers which are made available to her clients as they navigate the sale or purchase of unique properties.

Lois’ customers receive extraordinary service whether they are purchasing or listing a condo, cottage, traditional home or oceanfront estate. She is a vibrant ambassador for Maine and welcomes out-of-state buyers who are in search of their dream home. For sellers, she skillfully designs a marketing plan to identify and target the right buyers by featuring the unique qualities for a property that grab the buyer’s attention. With skillful negotiating skills, she works to get the best contract to achieve her clients' goals.

An active outdoor enthusiast, Lois enjoys biking, sailing Casco Bay, and pickleball. She is Efficiency Maine certified and most recently became an Accredited Buyer's Representative in order to provide the highest level of buyer services. With every transaction, Lois donates to Legacy's Legacy Charity Fund, 'Giving Back to Maine'. She is also an active supporter of the George's River Land Trust.
