A lifelong Mainer, Marissa Hyland brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the Southern Maine market to every client relationship. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided both buyers and sellers through a wide range of transactions, earning a reputation for exceptional service, attention to detail, and results-driven expertise.
Marissa launched her real estate career shortly after college with one of Cumberland County's top-performing real estate teams, where she developed a strong foundation in the industry and learned from some of Maine's most accomplished professionals. Since then, she has built her business on a client-first philosophy, approaching every transaction with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Recognizing that no two clients or transactions are alike, Marissa tailors her approach to each individual's goals and circumstances. Her extensive network of resources, solution-oriented mindset, and proactive communication help her navigate challenges with confidence while ensuring her clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Marissa lives in Kennebunkport with her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Tanner. Deeply committed to her community, she serves as the Girls Youth Lacrosse Coordinator for grades 1–6 in Kennebunk and coaches both pre-K/kindergarten athletes and her daughter's team. When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll find her and her family enjoying everything Maine has to offer - from boating along the Southern Maine coast in the summer to skiing at Sugarloaf in the winter.
Her passion for Maine extends far beyond real estate. Whether working with longtime residents or those relocating to the area, Marissa takes pride in sharing her local knowledge and helping clients discover the lifestyle that makes Maine such a special place to call home.
