Trevor Eliphalet Dodge joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as an Associate Broker in Maine and a Real Estate Agent in New Hampshire, following a successful 25-year career in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. Trevor brings a wealth of expertise from his corporate background, coupled with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Safety Studies and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, providing him with a solid foundation for navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. Trevor is a licensed associate broker in Maine and a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire. He is a proud member of both the Maine Association of REALTORS® and the New Hampshire Seacoast Board of REALTORS®.
Outside of work, Trevor is an avid golfer and serves on the Board of Directors at the York Golf and Tennis Club, where he enjoys time with his family. He is also deeply involved in alpine ski racing, coaching his children at York High School and the U18 team with Mount Washington Valley in North Conway, N.H. In addition to his professional commitments, Trevor serves as a director for the York Chapter of End 68 Hours of Hunger, contributing to the local community. Trevor resides in York, Maine with his wife of 20 years, Katie, their two children, Cooper and Emery, and their beloved dogs, Bogey and Ligety. In his free time, he enjoys supporting his kids at their sporting events across New England. Trevor is excited to bring his passion for real estate and client-focused approach to serve buyers and sellers in Maine and New Hampshire.
