At the Portland Country Club, Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty gathered agents and staff from across Maine and New Hampshire for its Annual Meeting, marking its 20th anniversary and reflecting on two decades of shared growth and collaboration.
The day opened with recognition of the administrative, marketing, accounting, management, and support teams whose work underpins the organization across all offices, ensuring consistency, service, and professionalism in every aspect of the business.
The year’s performance across Maine’s residential real estate market reflected continued strength. In 2025, Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty achieved more than $1.128 billion in closed sales volume, with an average sales price of $1,048,878, maintaining a leading position statewide and ranking #1 in Maine for waterfront properties as well as across all price categories above $550,000, including the $1M+, $2M+, and $3M+ segments.
The gathering also featured collaborative discussions and expert panels with agents from across the company, offering perspective on evolving market conditions, client relationships, and the shared exchange of insight that continues to strengthen the organization across its offices and regions.
From across the Sotheby’s International Realty network, Tammy Fahmi, Senior Vice President of Global Servicing and Strategy spoke to the strength of the global brand and its reach, while Rebecca Mason, Vice President, Affiliate Services highlighted the importance of adaptability in a shifting market and the value of shared tools and resources across the network.
The day closed with reflections from Bob Stevens, Co. Founder of Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty on the company’s history and guiding principles, centered on relationships, professionalism, and trusted advice. He was also presented with the Legacy Founders Award, recognizing the vision and trust that established Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
