Camden Office Welcomes Tommy Uhll

Camden Office Welcomes Tommy Uhll

Camden, Maine (February 2026) Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Maine and New Hampshire’s leading luxury real estate company, is proud to announce that Tommy Uhll has joined the brokerage, adding extensive real estate expertise and local market insight to the Midcoast Maine region.

Growing up on the East End of Long Island in the ’70s and ’80s gave Tommy Uhll an early appreciation for coastal living, community, and craftsmanship, qualities that align closely with the Midcoast Maine lifestyle. In 2006, he and his wife, Alexandra, relocated from Southampton to Lincolnville. “There’s something magnetic about this place,” he says. “It felt like home from the moment we arrived.”

Before transitioning into real estate, Tommy spent more than two decades working in and eventually partnering in his family’s construction business. After moving to Maine, he worked with respected local builders before launching his own construction company, earning a reputation for honesty, meticulous workmanship, and client-first service. His Marine Corps background instilled the discipline, integrity, and teamwork mindset that continue to shape the way he works with clients today.

Having built and renovated several homes, Tommy’s most recent restoration includes the family’s 1820s Cape, a project that reflects his passion for craftsmanship and history. Outside of real estate, he enjoys brewing beer, woodworking, playing guitar, and taking in the Midcoast arts and music scene with Alex. Bonus time includes attending UMaine Black Bear hockey games with his son, Jack.

Now part of a family real estate team within Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Tommy works closely with Alex, their son Jack, and daughter-in-law Jenna. Together, they offer clients a powerful combination of construction knowledge, design insight, elevated marketing, and grounded local perspective.

At Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Tommy pairs his deep building expertise with the brand’s elevated marketing and global reach. Whether helping buyers understand a property’s true potential or guiding sellers through a strategic, well-prepared listing process, he brings discipline, care, and a steady hand to every step of the journey.

“Real estate is a team effort,” he says. “My promise is to bring meticulous care and informed expertise to every relationship, ensuring my clients have the clarity and confidence to make the best decisions for their homes and futures.”
