Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty reports increased activity in New Hampshire’s housing market. New listings rose 7.4 percent, pending sales increased 7.9 percent, and inventory grew 13.2 percent.
The median sales price increased 1.0 percent to $530,000 for single-family homes, while days on market rose 15.8 percent and months supply of inventory increased 7.7 percent, reflecting continued shifts in market conditions.
