We are pleased to report that Maine continues to show continued strength in both Unit Sales and Median Sold Prices, outperforming national averages. Our performance through August, based on the most recent report from the Maine Association of Realtors, closely aligns with the overall trends in the Northeast Region.While it’s hard to believe we’re already in the fourth quarter of 2024, there are several factors that have shaped the real estate market since the August report was released.
