Real estate runs in Beth’s family. Her father, a self-taught homebuilder, inspired a lifelong passion for creating and transforming spaces. After gaining hands-on construction experience managing her family’s investment properties in Midcoast Maine, Beth and her husband built a custom 4,800 square foot home near Lincolnville Beach, where she oversaw every aspect of the project, from design and materials selection to daily site management.
During their five years in that home, Beth and her husband created a family sanctuary complete with children’s play areas, walking paths through the forest, and a basement workshop where her husband launched Native Sauna, building luxury saunas for clients throughout Maine and beyond. Most recently, they relocated to a lakeside home where they continue to design and build with creativity and purpose.
Beth’s construction and design expertise provides her clients with a distinct advantage. She excels at helping buyers visualize what is possible and works with sellers to prepare homes that stand out in today’s market.
