Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty reports increased activity across New Hampshire’s housing market, with notable gains in listings, sales, and inventory for single-family homes. New listings rose 19.4 percent, pending sales increased 23.5 percent, and inventory climbed 18.5 percent, reflecting stronger market momentum and increased activity heading into the spring season.
Pricing also continued to trend upward, with the median sales price for single-family homes rising 5.7 percent to $560,000. At the same time, days on market increased 2.9 percent and months supply of inventory grew 11.8 percent, signaling a market that is gradually becoming more balanced while demand remains steady.
