Maria Weymouth has more than a decade of experience in real estate and is also a certified appraiser. Growing up between the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies and the eastern shores of Washington DC gave Maria a passion for both the ocean and mountains. She decided to move to the Camden Hills to be able to enjoy both. She truly values the special community in mid-coast Maine and loves sharing her enthusiasm for the area and its local treasures with her clients.
Maria has a proven track record of success in supporting her clients’ buying and selling needs. Her past experiences of running a local business and owning and selling a local building renovation offer a diverse range of local connections to help her clients. Her goal is to ensure they experience outstanding communication, responsiveness, and organization during each step of the process, from start to finish. When she’s not working as a broker or an appraiser, you can find her hiking, skiing, or enjoying the local harbors with her dog and youngest daughter, who attends Camden Rockport Elementary School. Her older two daughters graduated from Camden Hills Regional High School.
