Cape Elizabeth Properties Sold for the past Year
A 33% Increase in Single Family Home Sales
As with most Maine Real Estate markets, the Cape Elizabeth Real Estate market has seen a significant improvement compared to sales for the same period in 2010. With the exception of strong sales in December and a very weak result in March, the Cape Elizabeth Real Estate Market sales have stabilized in a range of 8 to 12 home per month. The 33% increase as posted is a bit dramatic as that really only represents sales of 3 incremental homes from September 2010.
