According to Maine Listings statistics, Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty closed 342 transaction sides over $1 million in 2024, representing a 35% increase over 2023 and setting new company records. The firm also achieved total luxury property sales volume of $665 million, exceeding the previous year’s results by more than 25%. Luxury sales accounted for over 60% of the company’s total sales for the year, underscoring its leadership in this competitive market segment.
“We have continued to see an expansion of the $1 million-plus marketplace,” said Chris Lynch, President. “According to Maine Listings, sales of properties over $1 million accounted for 7% of the total market for single-family residential properties in 2024.”
