Unit Volume up 5%

Early indications were that we might have seen a moderating result in terms of Unit Volume of sales for Maine Real Estate.  The current numbers actually show a healthy 5% increase in unit volume sales compared to the same period last year.  While the data is still not officially released by the Maine Association of Realtors, this analysis is a good early indication of the Real Estate Market activity in Maine.
