"Under Contract" Homes Improve 14% While it appears that Unit Volume sales have moderated with preliminary numbers suggesting a 6% decline for October, the “Under Contract” properties continues to be an improving leading indicator of future market closing activity.  Fresh numbers reveals a 14% increase versus last year at this time.  We will be posting revised numbers later in November when the final data is available.
