Inventory was also up 18.7 percent, giving buyers more options, while the Median Sales Price increased 3.6 percent to $569,900. Homes spent an average of 8.0 percent more time on the market, and the months supply of inventory increased 12.0 percent, reflecting a market with more available homes and a gradual shift in conditions.
While the national market shows signs of moderation, New Hampshire’s single-family market continues to demonstrate encouraging momentum, with increased listings, stronger pending sales, and continued growth in median home prices.
