Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty reports that The New Hampshire housing market continued to see positive momentum, with increases in both new listings and pending sales for single-family homes, while inventory also improved compared to the same time last year.
New listings for single-family homes increased 10.9%, giving buyers more options as inventory continued to expand. Pending sales rose 24.5%, reflecting strong buyer activity across the state.
Inventory of single-family homes increased 10.7%, while the median sales price climbed 1.1% to $575,000, underscoring the continued strength of home values. Homes also spent more time on the market, with Days on Market increasing 15.8%, while the Months Supply of Inventory remained flat, indicating that demand continues to keep pace with available inventory. Closed sales also increased 12.3%, with 1,474 homes sold in June compared to 1,313 during the same month last year, demonstrating continued demand in the market.
While inventory continues to improve both locally and nationally, the New Hampshire housing market remains competitive, with steady buyer demand and continued appreciation in home values.
