A Maine native with a lifelong connection to the coast, Reed left Maine to earn his undergraduate degree, Master of Engineering, and MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He began his career as an engineer with General Motors, where he developed a strong foundation in design, problem solving, and project management, ultimately moving into roles focused on implementation and execution.
While he values that experience, Maine remained a constant pull. Returning home and transitioning into real estate has allowed Reed to bring together his analytical background, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for the place he has always loved.
Reed will join Alexa Oestreicher – their team specializes in helping clients discover exceptional properties and guiding clients through life’s most meaningful decisions with a thoughtful, informed, and steady approach. Their goal is to connect people with homes that truly align with how they want to live, whether that means waterfront access, privacy and space, or the energy of a vibrant coastal community.

Outside of real estate, Reed spends as much time as possible along the coast and outdoors. He enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and paddleboarding. He is also an automotive enthusiast and enjoys car shows, organized drives, and the occasional track day. In the winter, you will often find him skiing at Sugarloaf or Sunday River, cooking with friends, or exploring Portland’s vibrant restaurant scene.
