We are extremely proud to celebrate our 20th anniversary as a Maine real estate company this year. As we look back over the past two decades, we are eternally grateful to the pioneers who shared a vision to change the way real estate is marketed and sold in our great state. From the beginning, there has been a deep sense of mission, fiduciary responsibility, collaboration, and a commitment to raising the bar to a higher standard. It was never our goal to be the largest real estate company, but we were fully committed to being the best real estate company in Northern New England and beyond. With the trust, support, and unwavering encouragement of our clients and partners, we have exceeded expectations far beyond anything we could have imagined.
As a company, 2025 marked our strongest year to date, with sales exceeding $1.1 billion. With a team of approximately 100 active agents in a field of nearly 7,000 statewide, we accounted for 25% of all sold dollar volume for properties priced over $1 million. We have long maintained a leading presence in the luxury sector while also ranking #1 for all sales in Maine over $550,000.
Looking ahead, we are optimistic that 2026 will be another strong year for Maine and New Hampshire real estate.
