As you are well aware, the market in Maine continues to thrive on local, regional, and national circumstances that could not have been predicted two years ago. Maine has become the “go-to” place for so many of us who are looking for a change in venue, pace, climate, activities, safety, and easy access to all of our nation’s greatest natural resources. There is little doubt in my mind that with our state consistently ranking among the lowest incidence of COVID-19 in the country, combined with a very successful and well-executed vaccination program, Maine will continue to outperform many other states.
