Bonnie began her real estate career in the DC area, representing buyers and sellers throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Her experience in one of the country’s most competitive and fast-paced markets shaped a highly responsive, strategic approach to real estate and a strong commitment to client service.
Her connection to Maine began personally, with the purchase of a second home that she operates as a successful vacation rental. That experience gives Bonnie firsthand insight into many of the considerations her clients face when purchasing a second home in Maine—from navigating a highly localized and seasonal market to evaluating a property for personal use, rental potential, or a combination of both.
